User Agreement for Varek

Welcome to Varek. This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Varek mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using Varek, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Eligibility
Varek is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the App.

Description of the Service
Varek is an image processing and collage tool that allows users to:

• Combine two images and adjust spacing, rounded corners, and image proportions

• Create multi-image collages using various layout templates

• Crop images

• Store editing history locally on the device

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified.

User Content
You retain ownership of any images you import, edit, or create using Varek ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the content you use within the App. By using Varek, you agree that:

• You will only use images that you own or have permission to use

• You will not use the App to process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content

• You will not violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties

We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

• Use the App to create misleading, harmful, or abusive content

• Circumvent any security or access restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

Local Data Storage
Editing history and imported images may be stored locally on your device to provide functionality. You are responsible for managing and deleting this data if desired. Deleting the App may remove locally stored data.

Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to design, features, logos, and software, are owned by Varek or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

App Availability
We strive to keep Varek available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Accuracy or reliability of results

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of images or editing history

• Data loss

• Device malfunction

• Loss of profits or opportunities

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Changes to This Agreement
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be indicated by revising the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
